The builder of Congrio refused to honor the warranty and the cost of repairing the heating system was more than we wanted to spend at the time so we vowed to remain in warm climate for the next year. Congrio was hauled to remove the propeller and we discovered that all the work done at Jarrett Bay on the bottom paint had failed so we repaired the propeller and the bottom paint again. The contractor at Jarrett Bay of course disavowed everything. These are the joys of boat ownership, you can blame anyone but the owner always pays. It was an adventure and we got to spend a lot of time in Morehead City NC and Savannah GA for our troubles.
